OFFICIAL PROMOTION RULES

By participating in the Psycho Bunny Scavenger Hunt Promotion (the “Promotion”), each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Promotion Rules (the “Rules”) and by the interpretation of these Rules by the Sponsor, as defined below, with regards to all aspects of this Promotion, including without limitation eligibility and/or disqualification of entrants and/or entries, which are final and binding without right of appeal.

PROMOTION PERIOD:

Promotion begins on July 26, 2025 at 9:30 AM ET until August 7, 2025 at 11:59 PM (the “Promotion Period”).

ELIGIBILITY:

The Promotion is open to residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province, territory of residence. Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Psycho Bunny Inc. (the “Sponsor”), their respective advertising and promotional agencies, affiliated and related companies, and members of the immediate family (parents, children, siblings and spouse, regardless of where they live) and people living in the same household of such individuals are not eligible to enter the Promotion. The Promotion not sponsored or administered by or associated with Tennis Canada or the National Bank Open presented by Rogers.

HOW TO ENTER:

No purchase necessary to enter to win. Mobile experience only. Participants may enter the Promotion by locating and scanning six (6) unique Psycho Bunny QR codes at either the Montreal National Bank Open presented by Rogers or the Toronto National Bank Open presented by Rogers. QR codes cannot be mixed and match between the two locations.

Participants will scan the first QR code they find and proceed to a landing page that informs them about the scavenger hunt and prizing opportunities. Each unique QR code may be scanned only once per participant. To be eligible, Participants must scan all six (6) unique QR codes. Internet access and a mobile device capable of scanning QR codes are required. If a Participant is at the event over multiple days, they can continue their scavenger hunt throughout the Promotion Period. The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of a valid online entry in this Promotion will be Sponsor’s server machine(s).

One (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Sponsor will void all duplicate entries. All entries become the property of the Sponsor.

Entries must be received prior to the end of the Promotion Period. Entries will be declared invalid if they are late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, forged, garbled or mechanically or electronically reproduced, or contain false information.

If it is discovered by the Sponsor (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by the Sponsor) that any person has attempted to use multiple names, identities, multiple accounts, or attempted to disrupt this Promotion in any way (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion), then they may be disqualified from the Promotion in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor.

PRIZE WINNER SELECTION:

Every Circuit Completionist (as defined hereinbelow) receives a 15% discount on full priced merchandise (excluding Tennis Canada merchandise), as further detailed in the Prized and Approximate Retail Value section below.

One (1) winner per either the Montreal National Bank Open presented by Rogers or the Toronto National Bank Open presented by Rogers location will be chosen daily during the Promotion Period at 8:00 PM ET for a $200 CAD Psycho Bunny E-gift card and will be contacted by email.

One (1) winner per either the Montreal National Bank Open presented by Rogers or the Toronto National Bank Open presented by Rogers location will be chosen on August 8, 2025 at 12:00 PM ET for a $1,000 CAD Psycho Bunny E-gift card and will be contacted by email.

Eligible entrants will be selected by random draw from among all Circuit Completionists during the Promotion Period.

If the eligible entrant cannot be reached for whatever reason and/or does not respond within 24 hours via email, or there is a return of any notification as undeliverable, then the eligible entrant will be disqualified at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, and another eligible entrant will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries received in accordance with these Rules.

Each potential Prize winner is solely responsible for ensuring their email account settings are set such that they are able to receive such notification messages from the Sponsor.

Before being declared the winner, the eligible entrant will be required to: (a) correctly answer, unaided, a time limited mathematical skill testing question; and (b) sign and return within two (2) business days of notification the Sponsor’s declaration and release form confirming compliance with these Rules, acceptance of the Prize as awarded and releasing the Promotion Parties and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from any liability in connection with this Promotion, the selected entrant’s participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the Prize. If the selected entrant: (a) fails to correctly answer the skill testing question; or (b) fails to return the Promotion documents within the specified time and as directed by the Sponsor, then he/she will forfeit the Prize and an alternate eligible entrant will be randomly selected from amongst the remaining eligible entries. Unless otherwise deemed appropriate by the Sponsor for the administration of the Promotion based on the circumstances, no communications will be entered into except with selected entrant.

Upon satisfactory receipt of the Promotion documents and other eligibility requirements, the Sponsor will coordinate digital delivery of the Prize to the Promotion winners.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE:

15% Discount on full priced merchandise (excluding Tennis Canada merchandise) unlocked automatically after scanning all six (6) unique QR codes. Redeemable in-store or online for 90 days (until October 24, 2025), or at the Montreal National Bank Open presented by Rogers or the Toronto National Bank Open presented by Rogers onsite pop-up Psycho Bunny store. Delivered via unique coupon code to Participant’s email on the day that they scan all of the six (6) QR codes scattered throughout locations within either the Montreal National Bank Open presented by Rogers or the Toronto National Bank Open presented by Rogers.

All Participants that scan all six (6) QR codes (“Circuit Completionists”) will be automatically entered into a daily draw and a grand prize draw once they complete the scanning of all six (6) different QR codes.

Daily Gift Card Draw:

All Circuit Completionists will be automatically entered into a daily draw for each day of the Promotion Period once they complete the scanning of all six (6) unique QR codes.

One (1) $200 CAD Psycho Bunny E-gift card will be awarded every day during the Promotion Period at 8:00 PM ET. One (1) winner per either the Montreal National Bank Open presented by Rogers or the Toronto National Bank Open presented by Rogers location will be chosen daily. Winner will be chosen at random and contacted by email. Winner will be automatically sent the $200 CAD Psycho Bunny E-gift card.

Grand Prize Draw:

All Circuit Completionists will be automatically entered into a Grand Prize Draw once they complete the scanning of all six (6) unique QR codes. The Grand Prize Draw will take place on August 8, 2025 at 12:00 PM ET. One (1) winner per either the Montreal National Bank Open presented by Rogers or the Toronto National Bank Open presented by Rogers location will receive a $1,000 CAD Psycho Bunny E-gift card. Winner will be chosen at random and contacted by email. Winner will be automatically sent the $1,000 CAD Psycho Bunny E-gift card.

This Promotion will be administered with the federal and provincial tax guidelines. The Prize constitutes taxable income, except in limited circumstances. The Prize winner is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any applicable taxes with respect to any Prize received under the Promotion. All federal, provincial, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges on any prize are the sole responsibility of winner of the prize.

In the event entrants engage in behavior during  any events associated with the Promotion that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) is obnoxious, inappropriate, or threatening, illegal, or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or that in any way disparages or adversely affects the reputation, image, and/or customer goodwill of Sponsor or any of Sponsor’s services, products, trademarks, service marks, or logos, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early, with no further obligations or compensation whatsoever entrants (which may, in Sponsor’s discretion, result in such entrant’s disqualification from the Promotion and forfeiture of any (and/or all) prize(s). In the event entrants engage in behavior during any events associated with the Promotion that (as determined by Sponsor) is illegal, tortious, or subjects entrants to arrest or detention, Sponsor shall have no obligation to pay any damages, fees, fines, judgments or other costs or expenses of any kind whatsoever incurred by entrants as a result of such conduct. SPONSOR SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF ANY EVENTS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF PROMOTION WINNER’S ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE PRIZE.

The Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable (except at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor) or convertible to cash or credit. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize or any component thereof with a prize or prize component of equal or greater value, including, without limitation, but at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a cash award. For avoidance of doubt, no substitutions will be made except at Sponsor’s option.

ODDS OF WINNING:

Odds of winning depend on the number of Circuit Completionists during the Promotion Period.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

By entering the Promotion and accepting the Prize, each selected entrant agrees irrevocably to the perpetual publication, reproduction and/or other use of his/her name, address, voice, statements about the Promotion and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by the Sponsor in any manner whatsoever, including, without limitation, print, broadcast or the Internet. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. The decisions of the Promotion judges with respect to all aspects of this Promotion are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal, including, without limitation, any decisions regarding the eligibility/disqualification of entries.

Subject to applicable laws, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, extend, withdraw or amend these Rules or the Promotion in any way, in the event of an error, accident, printing, administrative, or other error or any kind, technical problem, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause that interferes with the proper conduct of the Promotion as contemplated by these Rules without prior notice or obligation. Furthermore, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to disqualify any individual from the Promotion, and to ban that individual from any future promotion of the Sponsor, if the Sponsor finds or believes such individual to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or website, to be acting in violation of the Promotion rules, in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass the Promotion Parties, other entrants or any other person. ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Without limitation, the Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors (collectively, the “Released Parties”) will not be responsible or liable for: (a) lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected claims or entries; (b) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Promotion website users or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries in the Promotion; (c) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation of the Promotion website or any transmission in connection with the Promotion; (d) any communications line failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; (e) any problems with, or technical malfunction of, any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment or mobile device, software, or failure of email which may occur for any reason whatsoever, including technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof; (f) any injury or damage to entrants’ or to any other person’s computer, mobile device, or other device related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Promotion; or (g) errors or omissions with respect to the printing or advertising of this Promotion. If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including without limitation infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause of any nature whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the Released Parties which corrupt or affect the administration, security or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to, without advance notice, terminate, extend or suspend the Promotion, in whole or in part, or modify it in any way.

The Released Parties accept no legal liability, express or implied, regarding the use of the entry by the Sponsor, or for loss, damage or claims caused by the awarded Prize or the Promotion itself. By entering the Promotion, each entrant releases and holds harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the use of an entry, the Promotion or any Prize (or a portion thereof) awarded. THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY AN ENTRANT IN THE EVENT IT IS SUBSEQUENTLY DISCOVERED THAT THE ENTRANT HAS DEPARTED FROM OR NOT FULLY COMPLIED WITH ANY OF THE RULES.

SEVERABILITY:

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

ENGLISH/FRENCH VERSIONS:

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these English Rules and other disclosures or statements contained in any Promotion related materials, including, but not limited to the French version of these Rules, and/or point of sale, print or other online advertising, the terms and conditions of these French Rules shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by law.

GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION:

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules or the rights and obligations of Entrants or Sponsor in connection with the Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, and the courts in the judicial district of Montreal shall jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim.

PRIVACY:

By entering this Promotion, each entrant expressly consents to the Sponsor, its agents and/or representatives, storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted with their entry only for the purpose of administering and fulfilling the Promotion and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (available at: https://www.psychobunny.ca/pages/privacy-policy ). Any information disclosed by Promotion entrants as part of this Promotion is being made to the Promotion Sponsor and not to Tennis Canada or the National Bank Open presented by Rogers. In order to administer the Promotion, the Sponsor may be required by law to disclose the Promotion winner’s personal information to a federal and/or provincial government agency whose mandate is to oversee the operation of promotions.
